What were you guys for haloween? I was Fidel Castro last week, and I wasnt happy with it. I'm not old, fat, or dark enough. Also, I dyed my beard and it turned out navy blye. Then last night I got lazy and was just a dead guy in a suit. Old greg killed me though.

I've been shopping for a new jeep unlimited for the last week. Absolute desperation is the only way to describe the salepeople. 1 dealership I went into didn't even have any salesman, just one kid who looked like an intern or something. I'm guessing they were laying off or cutting back hours. If anyone is thinking about a new suv/truck, start looking. There's tons of incentives. (link to ...

I just "lost" my 9-5 job. The company had a all hands meeting this morning, told all employees they won't be paid for the last 2 weeks. People apparently stormed out (I'm remote). I'm a contracter, I am now unlikely to get paid for the last months work.

Seriously, that's how I felt too. Being about to understand all the lyrics doesn't help either. They are terrible. Combining a very silly American show with all the horrible anime stereotypes has produced a monster beyond compare. The only thing I wonder is that perhaps the target audience, 12 year old girls, might like this for some reason? It is bright and colourful... I have no idea on that...

Just paid for a Kaspersky A/V renewal for three PCs, for three years (in reality, I'm only using 2 out of 3 PC's licenses ATM). $121 CAD. Ouch. I forgot how painful it was purchasing software (or worse as in my case, renewals). Luckily my desktop Atom-based (porn?) box runs Linux, thus making A/V an un-needed feature. Discuss.
