family history Basically in the nutshell the study included kids ages 6 19yo and 74 of them had the hearts of a typical 45yo 160 OMG 160 That is insane http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,29 33,4505 While looking for the article I did find this helpful little news story 160 I will definitely be trying to focus more on these few items in my kids
