Well, Dane Cook is a lot younger than George Carlin, and considerably younger than Bernie Mac so it's not surprising that he still lives. Besides, Dane isn't that bad. Why not wish death upon Carlos Mencia? He's dreadful.

Andy Dick is a trainwreck. Trainwrecks tend to do themselves in given enough time and rope. Cook, however, must be shot. Twice, to be sure. We can just deport Mencia.
